Blaze destroys Ghana's largest clothes market, over 100 shops were destroyed

One of Ghana’s biggest markets has been gutted by fire. In a devastating start to the year for traders at Kantomanto market in Accra, over 100 shops and all within were  destroyed on Thursday morning as flames ripped through the closely packed stalls, many business owners say that they have lost everything. Its still not clear what started the blaze. It’s not the first time that the congested hub has been decimated by fire. FRANCE 24’s correspondent, Justice Baidoo has more.
