If rumours doing the rounds in the industry are to be believed, Ajith Kumar is playing triple roles in the explosive action entertainer Good Bad Ugly.

On Monday, January 6, Mythri Movie Makers, the production house behind Ajith Kumar’s Good Bad Ugly, have finally announced the film’s release date. Taking to its social media handle, the makers wrote, “Maamey…date locked for VERA LEVEL ENTERTAINMENT! Good Bad Ugly is coming to the BIG SCREENS on 10th April, 2025.”

If rumours doing the rounds in the industry are to be believed, Ajith is playing triple roles in this explosive action entertainer. The film, which will feature Trisha along with Ajith in the lead, will also have a series of powerful performers like Arjun Das, Prasanna and Sunil in pivotal roles.

Interestingly, the Adhik Ravichandran directorial was originally scheduled to release for Pongal when it went on floors in June last year. But when the makers of Vidaamuyarchi, Ajith’s another upcoming film, announced its release on Pongal, the release of Good Bad Ugly was pushed ahead.

Now, the news of Good Bad Ugly releasing on April 10 is bound to gladden the hearts of Ajith’s fans who were in for a bit of disappointment on New Year’s eve because of Vidaamuyarchi suddenly pulling out of the Pongal race. The new release date of Vidaamuyarchi hasn’t been announced yet.

Good Bad Ugly will clash at the box office with Prabhas-starrer romantic horror comedy The Raja Saab. The Maruthi directorial is slated to release on April 10 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Though recent reports suggest that The Raja Saab might get postponed due to delays in post production, no official announcement has been made yet.
